Please quote Technical and Financial bid (in two separate envelopes) for the following, specifying make with brochure, compliance report and period of supply of item along with detailed information:

 · Upright (vertical) single solid door –minimum -80°C Deep Freezer

·  Capacity: - minimum 325 Ltrs.

 · Temperature Range -50°C to -80°C

·      Freezer should have at least 4 compartments

 ·  Door Lock facility  

 ·  CFC free refrigeration system

·     Automatic reset

·    Minimum 5 KVA automatic servo stabilizer 

 ·  Should have local Service Back-Up

·  Should work on 220-230 VAC, 50Hz

·      Warranty  2 years

1.       Please quote Technical and Financial bid (in two separate envelopes) with EMD.

2.        Panjab University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/Speed Post or lost in transit of quotation.

3.        Rate should be quoted both in words and figures in Financial bid only.

4.        The quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting.

5.       All cuttings and over writings must be initialed.

6.        Quotations will not be accepted/considered without original brochure.

7.        The supplier must supply list of users, compliance statement along with supporting literature.

8.       Price reasonability certificate that the price quoted are not more than the price quoted to any other Govt. organisation

9.        Certificate of Non Blacklisting of the firm, principal, from any Government organisation.

10.   The vendor must provide authorization certificate with valid date from manufacturer.

11.    One time importers from China or manufacturers with customized specifications must not quote.

12.    Please certify if you are the sole manufacturers/stockiest/distributors for the above item.

13.   The rates should be strictly F.O.R. Department.

14.    The quotation should be sent to the undersigned by name under a registered cover.

15.   Minimum 2 years warranty after the installation

16.   The last date for the receipt of quotation in this office is 28-9 -2016.

17.    The envelope containing the quotation should bear the words “QUOTATION FOR Deep Freezer -80° due on 28-9-2016.

18.   The quotations will be opened on 29-9-2016 at 11.00 am in the room of Chairperson of the department and you may attend or depute your representative at the time of opening of quotations.

MOST IMPORTANT :  The bidders are requested to attach the EMD Demand Draft of 2% of the quotation in the name “Chairperson, Department of Anthropology, Panjab University, Chandigarh”, without Demand Draft, quotation will not be entertained.
